All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment. A booking confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp once payment is received.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice. Prices are based on current tariffs and availability.
Soul of Asia reserves the right to revise prices due to changes in hotel rates, transport costs, government taxes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved payment methods. Full payment must be completed before the commencement of travel unless otherwise agreed.
Any bank or gateway charges are to be borne by the customer.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Certain services such as flight tickets, permits, visas, and special bookings may be non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid identification, permits, visas, and travel documents. Soul of Asia will not be responsible for denial of entry due to improper documentation.
While we strive to follow planned itineraries, Soul of Asia reserves the right to modify routes, accommodations, or schedules due to weather conditions, operational reasons, or safety concerns.
No compensation will be provided for such changes.
Soul of Asia acts only as a booking agent for hotels, airlines, transport providers, and tour operators. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers or force majeure events including natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions.
Participation in tours is at your own risk.
Customers agree to behave responsibly during tours and respect local laws, customs, and environments. Soul of Asia reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of misconduct.
All website content including logos, images, and text belongs to Soul of Asia and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
